Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
98pak is designed and operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited under any laws applicable to you based on your location. When creating your 98pak account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Each person is permitted to hold one active 98pak account at any time. If you already have an existing 98pak account, you must not create a second one. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under different identities, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and any funds held across them will be closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your 98pak account. You must not share your login details with any other person. 98pak will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is considered to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98pak support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.
98pak may request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 98pak reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in line with our current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you before any charge is applied. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is deducted.
98pak accepts deposits through the following payment channels, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit cards. All available payment methods are listed on the Deposit page. 98pak does not accept cash deposits or payments through third-party agents.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 98pak balance within minutes. Bank transfers and IBFT payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 98pak does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed clearly on the Deposit page at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a deposit.
By depositing funds into your 98pak account, you confirm that the money is entirely your own and is not derived from any unlawful activity. 98pak reserves the right to conduct checks on deposit sources if there is reason to suspect that funds originate from fraudulent or illegal means.
All deposits on 98pak are held in PKR with no conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your gaming balance.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 98pak during standard business hours. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed promptly, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. 98pak will make every reasonable effort to process withdrawal requests without unnecessary delay.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified in line with our KYC requirements. You must also have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method that you own and that has been used to fund your 98pak account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering standards.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. These limits may differ by payment method. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps before processing is completed.
98pak reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or if verification has not been completed. In such cases, 98pak will contact the player to explain the situation and resolve it in a timely manner where possible.
Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are fully met will result in the bonus balance being removed. Only real-money funds that meet all conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by 98pak are subject to specific terms that govern how they can be used and when any associated winnings become withdrawable. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Most bonuses on 98pak carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 20x). This means that the total value of the bonus must be bet through the specified number of times before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.
98pak takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk bet patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any related winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.
Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period, which is clearly stated in each offer's individual terms. Any unused bonus balance or uncompleted wagering requirements that lapse past the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
All casino games, slots, live casino, fish games, and bingo available on 98pak use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by any player, agent, or third party. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the software providers and are verifiable.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption, 98pak reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Bets that have been placed but not resolved due to a system error will be refunded to the player's account balance. 98pak will not be held liable for losses resulting from malfunctions that are beyond our reasonable control.
Live casino games are managed by third-party software and studio providers. The rules specific to each live game — including table limits, side bets, and payout ratios — are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. The dealer's decisions are final within the rules of the game.
Game histories and bet records are stored for all 98pak players and can be reviewed in your account history at any time.
All sports bets placed on 98pak — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, and esports — are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 98pak reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation. Bets are confirmed only when a bet ID is issued and the stake is deducted from your balance.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation of a match or event, the postponement of an event beyond the platform's settlement period, clear pricing errors, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed. Void bets are refunded in full to your 98pak balance.
In-play or live betting on cricket and other sports is available on 98pak and allows bets to be placed while a match is in progress. Odds change in real time and bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 98pak reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly around key moments in a match such as wickets, goals, or weather interruptions.
Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, 98pak uses results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board (such as the PCB for PSL). In the event of a dispute over settlement, 98pak's decision is final after consultation with available official sources.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 98pak and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
98pak actively monitors activity on the platform for signs of prohibited conduct. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately, have its funds withheld pending investigation, and be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
Accounts confirmed to have engaged in fraud, match manipulation, or money laundering will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.
98pak is committed to protecting the personal data of all players. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on 98pak, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, delays in processing, or errors in third-party payment systems.
98pak's total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
98pak does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We perform scheduled and emergency maintenance as needed and will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible. Downtime does not constitute grounds for compensation unless a specific service level commitment applies.
You may close your 98pak account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all verification and withdrawal conditions are met. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.
98pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour towards staff or other players, or regulatory requirements. In cases of proven fraud or serious breach, balances held in the account may be forfeited.
Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the player or by 98pak — access to the platform is revoked. Any pending bets placed before the closure date will be settled in the normal course and any resulting winnings from legitimate bets will be processed to the payment method on file.
98pak reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a communication to the email address on your account. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of 98pak following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, your only remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account.
