Raast and bank transfers can occasionally take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history and note the reference number before reaching out to support.

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method — ideally the same one you deposited with — enter the PKR amount, and confirm. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed promptly. Make sure your account details are verified to avoid unnecessary delays.

98pak does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Yes, most bonuses on 98pak come with an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date they are credited. If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.
